Hello,
I have been in the software industry for over 8 years, and have been involved with development, design, and training. I now focus my efforts on training and more specifically on creating an eLearning course to help people bridge the gap in what they learn in college and requirments of the industry to become good developers. I plan to offer the course entirely online as a series of blogs, podcasts, video casts, and other interactive mechanisms.
I am very excited about the potential of technology and the Internet to create a global classroom where everyone can participate and not only consume knowledge, but also create it.
