- Introduction
It has been my intention for some months to pursue webcast academy training. Now that Women of Web 2.0 has really taken off, I have become even more convinced that I need this training. As with anything I pursue, I will try to apply what I have learned both in my own classroom practices and to my students. It is an exciting prospect to have student-created content in the near future.

It is my dream to help host an international women of web 2.0 show that would take place during a time of week and day that would appeal to an audience beyond North America. Currently, we are hosting a show on Tuesday evenings and I have been challenged to make a showtime that is feasible for Europeans and possibly South-east Asian and Austrialian.
