Sype Conference Director

When you are doing a webcast, being able to bring in callers to your conference is important.  This is a pretty easy process when they are already in your contact list.  Alice did a great screencast on that.  But what happens when they are not.  How do you add them to your conference?  Ideally, I would want them to call me, the host of the conference.  I got some ideas from the Chief, Jeff. But am still not sure how to handle this. Any ideas?  If anyone can put up a screencast it would be helpful. thanks.

INTERACTION THROUGH MULTIPLE PLATFORMS

I am copying here the discussion that is taking place on the wiki I am using to prepare my keynote so that everybody who is participating in the webcastacademy workshop can also have access to it. (it would be so nice if I could send the message directly from one to the other like we do with photos on Flickr - does Wikispaces/Drupal have an open API?)

The lonely Skypecast

The was perhaps the loneliest and quietest hour I have ever spent! Thank you to the one brave soul who showed up to talk a bit. And GStanley, get better! I assume that no one wants that great vastness of silence to be uploaded, you will only hear me typing as I answered my email. Well, one good thing, a kid I thought would never do his homework, just wrote a blog entry (homework) - I sit amazed! What is my next step towards webcasting with kids?
