HELP - cannot complete upload of Introduction Audio File

  I keep getting Blank Internet Explorer Page: HTTP 500 after attempting (3X) to upload introduction audio file.  I decided to create this new forum topic just in case my initial call for assistance is buried too deep as a 'reply' on another's cry for Help question.

   I just noticed that the mp3 file is in my workspace 3X!

Using a standard mic and an USB mixer

UPDATE:   I went and got a Blue Snowball usb mic and all is well.  I have just done a test recording the 123Echo Skype lady and me havinf a little chat.

 

I successfully recorded my intro and then ran into a issue as I moved to the recording exercise.

Here's my question:  Has anyone successfully use a usb mixer with a standard mic?

I'm kind of stuck on step 3.  I've checked out both WizIQ and Freeconfcall.com  and it appears both will record two people over phone and computer or two phones but they do not offer a download to mp3 file but rather some kind of web payback (flash) that is not easy to upload as a file.   Is that what is needed for this step or is a link to a recording ok?

When I click on Apply for the webcaster profile for Class 4.1  I get nothing.  I have already have a profile. Would that be the reason?
