The Dave and Nancy Show

I just wanted to congratulate Alex and Arvind (et al) and Dave Cormier and Nancy White for one of the most engaging audio experiences I have ever encountered. The recording on EdTechTalk was mind blowing- from Alex's wonderful introduction (so powerful and so right) to the remarkable double-header performance by Dave and Nancy. The presentation style and use of audio in this NYCIST 2006 conference presentation (entitled 'The Eight Competencies of Online Interaction: What Should We Be Learning and Doing?') was perefect. The presentation was an example of how multiple voices create more than vocal ping pong when the potential for raport and personality is let loose. The subject matter is so in tune with my own thinking - it is so useful to have these ideas articulated so well, especially as they acknowledge the state of flux as being a legitimate and valuable characteristic of the Ed Web we are all part of these days. Dave references the Webcast Academy interns too. And yes, the quality of the sound was great! This is a real and valuable reflection upon the Webcast Academy and its network. I nearly sound as enthusiastic as Alex did in the intro. He is so right. Please listen if you haven't already and Digg it too.

Thanks...

Andrew, Thanks as well... We were lucky to have wonderful audio and lots of good mentors here at Worldbridges. Nancy and Dave were awesome, and the group of folks at the conference created a wonderful experimental mood that allowed us to learn together collaboratively. A perfect blend of web/real life experiences. I always have to thank Jeff and Dave for their work... They started this all, and host us all. Thanks, Guys! Cheers, - Alex

Thanks
