Hi Jane,  I am glad you finally were able to export to mp3.  

+ Sample Rate at 44

Bit Rate 101; it should be set at 64.  At this point this information is for future reference.  All new recordings should be set in Audacity before starting.  Choices are 128, 64, 32.  Recommended bitrate is 64 to conserve server space and for faster downloads.

+ Audio Level is good. 

File Name Should be:  Like used as title for this post.  It is set before exporting to mp3.  That is the file name you save on Audacity program.
