how do I start the stream

I'm missing something so obvious more than likely but....

 I set up nicecast as in Lee's screencasts and i am able to record and archive both sides of the skype lady interaction. I go to the shoutcast page and login. Then what do I need to set before hit the hijack and broadcast buttons on Nicecast. I've tried to find the info on the WCA pages - I've looked everywhere but the right place. help me please-Undecided

You start the stream right in nicecast.
