I do believe I finally found my way around! At least I've managed steps 1-3: setting up Audacity, recording and uploading!! Hurray!!!!

Thank you for your encouragement! It wasn't that difficult with the excellent screencast from Jeff.

It's true, I have lost my accent after years of speaking mostly German. Where are you from, Mrs Durff? (sorry for the confusion about your name)

I have a question about the audio. My audio is only in the form of a link but the other audios have a button. Could you help me out on how to insert the audio button?

Confusion?

Did I miss something again? I'm forever doing that. I'm an American. My stepmother was from Stuttgart. My aunt lives on the Bodensee in Friedrichshafen. I have cousins near Stuttgart too.

To get the button do-dad: log-in;click on create content; click on audio; fill out the form & upload your audio; click submit. Jeff did a screencast on it here

Don't forget to join the Skype group chat!

I fear I may have overlooked something, but I can't find the skype IDs and don't know where to find the skype chat. Maybe it's just to late at night. Somehow I've logged off of skype, so I'll try again tomorrow when I've had some shut-eye.
